local Police working in your community

Good afternoon residents 

Everyday your local Policing team are doing something different to keep our community safe .

Some of our work takes us into other parts of our community to speak to young people about how to keep them safe and to offer education on a wide range of subjects .

This week I have attended a home and spoke to the young people about  knife crime , online safety and how to keep themselves safe .

The presentation was well received and these young people will feel more confident and supported by Police and their carers  .

Over the coming weeks the local Police will be visiting other schools and childrens care home to offer help and support to keep our young people safe.
